Amidyne Group Divests Nuclear Instrumentation and Control Product Lines
Tuesday, April 24, 2012The Amidyne Group announces the divestiture of its nuclear instrumentation and control product lines to Curtiss-Wright Corporation. The two product lines, Versatile Measuring Instruments and Lisle-Metrix, support commercial nuclear power industry instrumentation applications and reengineered obsolescence replacement products including panel meters, relays, timers and conductivity analyzers. Both product lines will be integrated into Curtiss-Wright Flow Control’s Scientech business unit.

(VMI), a subsidiary of Amidyne Group based in Newmarket Canada. ITS, established in 1999, is a provider of testing services to the energy storage and automotive industries and is also located in Newmarket.
